The Marlen S-2000 Natural Smoke Scrubber System provides an economical and reliable way to clean or scrub smokehouse gases to remove particulate matter created by a natural smoke generator. The simple, four (4) duct design creates four (4) separate washing chambers through which exhaust gases must travel. Fresh and re-circulated water is sprayed into the on-coming emission gas which removes particles and odors. An automatic level control maintains the correct water level in the reservoir. Maintenance of the removable spray headers is made easy through a separate access door (with gasket) on each duct. The spray heads feature tri-clamp fittings for easy removal. Particulate matter is removed from the unit by simply draining the water from the unit.

  • Cleaning Action: Four-Duct design provides four (4) individual washing chambers. Spray nozzles apply water in the opposite direction of air flow. The initial series of nozzles (located in the first duct) spray fresh water. The remaining three (3) series spray re-circulated water.
