The Multi-depositor is used in conjunction with the twin piston Marlen Opti Pump which is equipped with the transducer portioning system. The manifold and stand are custom designed for each application to center the depositing valves over the packaging pockets. Select from a configuration of 1, 2, or multiple depositing heads.

Ideal for whole-muscle meats, the Multi-depositor when used with the Marlen Opti pump offers excellent vacuumization prior to depositing. The Multi-depositor can be used to directly deposit products into trays, tubs, pouches or feed pockets on thermoforming machines. And it is proven to achieve accurate weight control while maintaining muscle integrity.
