Mr. Anderson will continue to serve as an advisor to the board of Marlen, and will remain active in the growth plans of the company.

Nikola Vajda brings over two decades of very successful global P&L, management, operations, engineering, product design and development, sales and marketing knowledge. He possesses broad leadership experience with middle market companies, operated a successful joint venture with a Fortune 100 company, and served on several Boards. Mr. Vajda also had extensive experience in closing and integrating add-on acquisitions. Mr. Vajda will work with Mr. Anderson in a transition plan for several months.
